Boys and girls ages 11 to 18 are educated in our 10 independent schools. The schools, which have received excellent marks for quality and excellence, educate a large number of students with a variety of complex needs who have had difficulty in past educational settings. A committed headteacher leads each school, assisted by certified instructors and teaching helpers. They possess the knowledge and expertise required to deal with the most difficult conduct and cater to each child's unique learning needs, including those who struggle with cognitive issues.

Regardless of the school environment, our Head of Education and Deputy Head of Education are active from the point of referral onward, ensuring that all educational needs are met and implemented. To ensure the best possible outcomes for every young person under our care, our homes and schools collaborate closely. Together with our positive behavior management strategy, this coordinated approach enables us to reconnect with even the most difficult-to-reach youth. We hold our youth to high standards in terms of their attendance, grades, and spiritual, moral, social, and cultural growth.

Our expertise in safeguarding enables us to keep young people safe while equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to lower their risk and make better, more informed decisions.
Positive reinforcement
Our Positive Behaviour Incentive scheme provides students with a safe and secure school environment by establishing defined routines and boundaries. They can acquire the abilities, self-assurance, and self-worth required to reach their greatest potential. We evaluate students' intellectual aptitude as soon as they enrol in our programmes, and we later monitor their development. The assessment results are also used to create personalised assistance plans for each student and any interventions they might need.
A diverse education
We provide a comprehensive, well-rounded, and timely education at Key Stage 3 that adheres to the National Curriculum. To ensure that each student receives an education specifically catered to their needs, the disciplines offered are diverse. Following that, at Key Stage 4, students have a selection of externally validated courses to choose from, such as GCSE, Entry Level, Functional Skills, and ASDAN. To provide a curriculum that is individualized and needs-driven, our schools may also communicate with other providers.

Interventions Therapeutic
When necessary, our Specialised Therapeutic Service can offer interventions for customized placements within Kid Care Services, contingent upon availability, care planning, and price arrangement.
